The resurrection of Christ from the dead is the high water mark of our Faith. Without the resurrection we are lost, but in it we are found.

Jesus says that when we spend time alone with God in private, The Father sees us and will reward us openly (see Matthew 6:6). God also saw David when he was on the backside of the wilderness alone with God, and He loved what He saw in David. God does see what we do in secret and He does reward us for seeking Him in private. The Lord Jesus still longs to heal all who come to Him in faith. He also commends the faith of any friends who bring others to Jesus. The faith of friends can cause God’s healing to be released today, regardless of how bad someone’s condition may be. We don’t have to lower a friend through a roof but we can lift up a friend to Jesus. James 5:15
